Recycling your unwanted bras helps save the environment and raises money for vital breast cancer research.

So please take part in our Bra Amnesty 2020 by digging through your drawers and turning in any unwanted bras to our Notting Hill store at 53 Ledbury Road, W11 2AA between 16th March and 29th March 2020.

Maison SL founder, Susana Lorena, runs the Bra Amnesty every year. With the help of our sponsor Aubade, it is going to be bigger than ever in 2020.

Aubade, known for its exotic French lingerie, are offering 250 free bras for the first women to donate.

Any bras you bring us will either be repurposed and sold at affordable prices to women in African countries. Or if they are beyond redemption, the bras are dismantled and recycled, preventing them going into landfill. Vast amounts of clothing are thrown away now instead of being recycled and it is huge environmental problem.

The Bra Amnesty raises money for Against Breast Cancer, the wonderful charity doing vital research into secondary breast cancer. Every tonne of bras collected, raises £700 for Against Breast Cancer.

So bring along all those bras you don’t wear anymore and help us make this a really big event!
