Susana Lorena wins Drapers Store Star of the Year Award

Maison SL founder, Susana Lorena, was voted Independent Store Star of the Year at the prestigious 2025 Drapers Awards for the retail fashion industry. Maison SL was also short-listed in two other categories for best customer experience at an independent retailer and independent womenswear retailer of the year.

The judges said they were impressed with Maison SL's excellent customer service which led to an incredible conversion rate. Quite simply, they said it was "a fantastic business, underpinned by the service provided by our winner". 

It is the second time Maison SL was won an award from Drapers, the leading publication for the fashion retailing sector. Two years ago Maison SL was voted Womenswear Independent of the Year when the panel said: "Judges loved this amazing business, saying it reaches far beyond the store, giving a fantastic service for clients as well as undertaking excellent community work."⁠

Susana said: "We couldn't be more thrilled to receive another award from Drapers. Making our wonderful customers happy by providing exceptional service and wonderful lingerie is what we love to do."

The winners of Drapers Awards 2025 were announced on 12 November at the HAC in London at a glittering awards ceremony attended by the biggest names in the industry.
