Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with an item you bought online from us we will exchange it or give you a refund. Alternatively you can have a store credit note to spend at a later date.
If you wish to return an online order you must notify us by email within 14 days from the date it is delivered to you, and we must receive the returned item within 21 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Gift cards purchased in-store are non-returnable items.
To return an order, please complete our Returns Form, indicating whether you want an exchange, a credit note or a refund. Please also return the original receipt that comes with your order as proof of purchase.
As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It can take a little time before your refund is posted. Please be sure to check your bank or credit card account first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning an item and we do not refund shipping costs.
We are not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in the post. We highly recommend that you use a trackable service, always obtain a certificate of posting and take out appropriate insurance cover for valuable items.
